2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 8fb platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any related funds or bonuses.

KYC Verification

8fb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of your chosen payment method. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

8fb supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method and player tier.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your 8fb account balance upon successful confirmation of payment. 8fb accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier.
• 8fb may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

8fb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general conditions listed below. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard rollover on welcome bonuses is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time. Players must complete or forfeit the current bonus before activating a new one.
• 8fb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a bonus at the time of change will not be affected by mid-promotion amendments.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. Limits may be adjusted at 8fb's discretion and without notice, including as a risk management measure for individual accounts.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 8fb reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• 8fb does not permit the use of betting bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place wagers. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended and winnings may be confiscated.
• Collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, and any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

For cricket betting specifically, 8fb follows published cricket betting rules aligned with standard international sportsbook conventions. Match abandonment, weather-affected results, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjusted outcomes will be settled according to the rules displayed on the relevant market at the time the bet was placed.

6. Responsible Gaming
